Reservation fee
By reserving a vehicle you are expressing your intention to purchase. It is not a binding contract and we reserve the right to withdraw the vehicle for sale at any point prior to a binding contract being agreed. The fee is refundable if you change your mind. Once the reservation has been paid a member of our team will contact you as soon as possible to guide you through the next steps and collection. Please note: We reserve the right to cancel the reservation at any time and refund your fee. This will be explored if it transpires that collection, funding or other matters prohibit the sale of the vehicle within a reasonable timeframe or if we have been unable to get in contact with you. This may also happen if the vehicle has already been sold, has been mistakenly advertised at the incorrect price or is no longer available for any other reason. You will be given notification if this is the case with your reservation.

Indemnity
The Indemnity is excluded from the screen price of any vehicle and is currently charged at £199 including VAT. If you are sourcing your finance from an external provider the indemnity is charged at £399 including VAT.
